uni life
the only good thing about uni life is the short school hours (other than on fridays where i have class from 8am to 6pm). i don't enjoy the rest of it. it's really a change from being spoonfed in JC. now, you're all alone. you can do whatever you want. you have to go to the library to do your own readings, you have to check for lecture notes and tutorial homework on the net, you just have to be totally independent. nobody cares whether you do your work. some lecturers just go on and on and on and you don't even get a single thing they are talking about. they just talk to themselves and really, it's just bad. then during tutorials, everyone else around me was contributing and verbalizing their opinions. i prefer being laid back and just listen lor, but class participation is 10%! i better do my tutorials properly so that next time i will have some useful things to say. well, i guess this is a process of growing... i am being forced to learn how to motivate myself to study and to revise on my own. just got back from fam training. went to Jurong Point with C and C to just walk walk.... went to imm after that and i just got home. that's it about my day. next week we're going to do st pub for team event. pray that more people will come! =)
